STRUCTURE
Central upright composed of cylindrical metal spacers painted with interposed plastic rings for the adjustment of the raises.
The structure consists of the steps and spacers interposed between the tubulars and stuck on a plastic flange with a tie rod with compression locking inside.
Material
FE360 steel
Plasic material: nylon
Surface treatment
Wood: finish with double layer of transparent natural color paint.
Steel: painted with epoxy polyesterity powders.
STEPS
In massive beech wood made up of 40 mm thick slats glued together
Material
Massif beef format formed by 40 mm thick slats jutted with vinyl glue.
Surface treatment
Treatment with double layer of polyurethane transparent paint.
RAILING
With fixing on the step
The choice of the railing affects the ingrustment and the convenience of the spiral staircase.
The functionality of the spiral staircase depends mainly on the fixing of the railing. We can have the fixing above the step, usually with passing tube, however, reducing the support surface of the step and the useful passage.
Alternatively, the railing can be fixed laterally by increasing the overall dimension of the scale, and leaving more free space to those who travel it. This solution is therefore preferable in contexts where you want to privilege comfort.
PARAPET
Formed by vertical uprights of the circular section fixed to the step and the handrail by means of plastic joints.
Material
FE360 steel
Plasic material: nylon
Surface treatment
Wood: Finish with double layer of transparent natural color paint.
Steel treatment in cataphoresis, primer and final painting with epoxy polyesterity powders
DIRECTION OF RISE
Clockwise or counterclockwise
METAL COLOR
There are 4 metal colors for this spiral staircase: black, white, gray and wrong.
STEPS COLOR
The steps are made of massive beech wood with 40 mm thick with the following shades of color:
Oak, walnut, stone, wengé.
RAILING COLOR
The railing sold with this model is the R2 railing with vertical columns and follows the same coloring as the upright.
HANDRAIL COLOR
Two types of handrails are available:
A plasticcontinuous that follows as above the colors envisaged for the metal.
The second is madeWoodAnd the colors available are those of the steps.
LANDING PLATFORM

NOTES
Precautions for use
Surface treatments can change the coloring and tone if exposed to direct light. Do not expose the staircase to heat sources over 45 °.
Maintenance
To laying performed, check the complete tightening of the whole viper which will be chewed after about 12 months.
Cleaning
Once the laying is finished cleaning the parts in view of the staircase. Ordinary cleaning must be performed with a damp cloth without abrasive products or solvents.

Width and diameter of the spiral stairs
The choice of the width of the spiral stairs is often tied by the size of the compartment and the hole available. It is a good rule to choose a diameter that is a few cm lower than that of the hole in order to have the possibility to make the necessary corrections.
The diameter of the spiral stairs cannot be smaller than a certain extent, both for legislative reasons and for ergonomic and practical reasons (spiral stairs with too small diameters would not allow the passage of a person).
The minimum dimensions for spiral stairs are defined in the UNI 10804 legislation of 1999 where the guidelines for a correct design are defined.
Round spiral stairs should not have a diameter of less than 110/120 cm, while those with a square plan can reach a minimum of 100 cm.
As for the maximum diameter, however, the only limit is the design one.
Normally the size of the spiral stairs vary from a minimum diameter of 100 cm to a maximum of 200 cm with a progression of 10 cm in 10 cm in order to cover all possible hole dimensions. In particular cases or for higher diameters, tailor -made projects can be carried out.
Height and number of steps of the spiral staircase
The number of steps of the spiral stairs depends on the total height that must be reached.
To get an idea of how many steps it will be necessary, a measure must also be carried out that also considers the thickness of the attic and the arrival plan, which must be calculated from the starting floor to the Paviemnto arrival.
However, it is possible to design a staircase with a greater or lesser number of steps.
It all depends on the lift between the steps you choose. A low lift allows you to have a very comfortable scale to go, but with a high number of steps. Conversely, a greater alzata reduces the number, and therefore the size, to the detriment of the comfort of ascent.
In the choice of the number of steps, the position of the first step must also be taken into account.
Increase or decrease the total number of steps also determines a movement of the starting step, for this reason it is always good to verify that it is not in correspondence with obstacles, walls, windows or other.
The spiral staircase C20 Kit 1688-1848 h 1100 mm of UI at the present page has been calculated with a number of steps equal to 8; This does not prevent that you can have a number of different steps by changing the raises between Gradinio and step.

Round or square -shaped spiral stairs
The main difference, from which different performances also derive is in the form of the step, toned down for the round and tip for the square.
Generally the square stairs, with the same diameter, allow you to make the most of the corner spaces between the walls, offering a larger useful space.
Thanks to a superior support surface of the step, these stairs are therefore wider and comfortable to travel. The round -plan staircase, on the other hand, is aesthetically more graceful than the lines that offer the stairs with a square plan.
